Learn to run or take your running to the next level with our CardioRun session. Perfect for all fitness levels, this one hour session will burn calories and get the endorphins flowing.

Our guided runs will take you on a number of different tracks both along the Maribyrnong River and on the streets around Moonee Ponds, Essendon and Ascot Vale.

Everyone can go at their own pace while we time your runs and help you work towards your goals.
