With over 10 years of experience in providing group outdoor personal training, our friendly personal trainers have the ability to provide high-quality training services to improve cardio-vascular fitness, strength and endurance. Our training sessions include CardioRun, Strength & Tone, Kickbox and Strength & Flex, which allow us to design the correct fitness program to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
